Without a doubt...one of the best desserts I have ever had in my life. Ever. Thank you 23 Hoyt in Portland. I adore you and especially your homemade custard based vanilla ice cream with your chopped up Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies on top. I might be willing to sell my plasma for this stuff. ;)
I had to make myself slow down long enough to take a picture before it was all gone! ;)
